G: Yes. I urgently need a room for tomorrow night, and do you have any vacancies? 我需要预定明天晚上的房间。你们有空房吗？
FD: Yes, we have. What kind of room would you like? 有，您需要什么样的房间?
G: I'd like a suite with an ocean view, please. 我要一间海景套房。
FD: No problem, sir. 没问题，先生。
G: What is the price of the suite? 这种套房的价格是多少？
FD: It is US$ 260 per night. 每晚260美元。
G: Then do you have anything less expensive? 你们有便宜一些的房间吗？

FD: Wait a moment, I’ll check. Ok, Mr. Zhao, you reserved a suite with an ocean view for 3 nights. The room rate is US$ 260 per night, will we charge you US$ 1,200 as deposit. Would you like to pay by cash or credit card?

FD: You spent US$ 780 for 3 nights stay and US$ 270 in our restaurant, US$ 1,050 in total. You’ve paid us US$ 1,200 as deposit, now we’ll return you US$ 150.

本周住酒店的主题，虽然简单，但却很有意思．
希望大家在主题英语聊天室时候，可以这样来展开话题：
１）谈谈自己最近去国外住酒店的经历，或者陪国外客户住国内酒店的经历．
如果是第一次，肯定会发生一些有趣的事．
Talk about experince how to check in hotel youreslf when you went out on business or holiday ; Or you accompany the foreigner to live in local hotel.
If that is your first experience,there must be something funny happened.
记得我第一次陪外资公司总部的客人住酒店，我提前定好房．第二点早上要退房，在吃早餐时候，想不起来退房怎么说，还闹点小笑话．其实想不起来的词，你不必一定要说那句话，只要说接近你要做的事的表达就够了．
＂Hi ，kell, how about this breakfast? butter ,bread,coffee!"
"Taste well.Thank you!"
"Welcome. Can I have your room card. I need cancel the room!"
"Why? One card can kill the room! "
"Oh,sorry, .....I want to get the card to the front desk of the hotel."
"Haha, Ok. You want to check out !"
"Yes."
" Can I have the payment?"
" No,No.This is my treat!"(才不是我付钱呢，先垫上，回公司再报！）
"Thank you."
２）谈谈入住酒店的流程．
Talk about the flow process of checking in hotel above dialog!
３）谈谈入住酒店的话题：用餐，中西方食物和文化的差异，家庭及成员（地球上的每个人都喜欢别人谈他的孩子）等等，风景名胜等
You can speak the restaurant or food you like,the difference between Chinese food and western food, culture and custom, the family( my own daughters, my biological mother, adopt 6 kids from twenty years old to two years old,you are very kind and warm-hearted father), famous scenes and interesting places etc. |

| 英语角最重要作用的就是锻炼英语的听说能力来了，但如果都是中国式的英语交流或口语不地道的外国朋友，那么对于英语口语的提高还是有很大的局限性的。其实学习外语最重要的就是语言环境，经常系统地有意识地和拥有纯正口语的人交流多了，你掌握的单词就多了，再学习其他的语法知识效果就好多了，我之前找了许多家都是由于各种原因没学好，后来自己上网找了几个比较了一下，就是在家跟老外交流，学习英语，是小班授课，一个班4-8个人，小班课程开口机会很多，挺不错的，叫乐知英语http://www.hiknow.com/sessionhall.html |
